Make sure that your business processes are Customs-proof
Someone who imports goods from or exports goods to a country outside of the EU will have to deal with the Customs Authorities. By means of your digital declaration, the Customs Authorities calculate the import or export taxes. They also assess whether other customs provisions apply. For example, in relation to safety, health, economy and the environment (VGEM). You definitely do not need to become a specialist, but a little basic knowledge of customs matters will be of great help in limiting business risks. In this training session, the essence of customs matters is dealt with, such as customs declarations, classification, customs value, origin, customs services unrelated to tax and objection and appeal proceedings. This training course makes a valuable contribution to the knowledge of employees.
These in-house training sessions are for:
employees who are interested in/deal with customs matters and international trade. These are usually Assistant Declarants, Declarants and employees with practical experience who operate at least at senior secondary vocational level.
*This training course lasts for one day.
