Declaration system NCTS will be replaced by DVA in the Netherlands.

From 2 December 2024, there will be a change in the transit process. Declaration system NCTS (New Computerised Transit System) will then be replaced by DVA: Customs Transport Application. DVA is being introduced because this application complies with European legislation according to the Union Customs Code.
