We are seeking a Commercial Executive (m/f/d) for our Commercial Office in Soest or Venlo for 40 hours per week.

What tasks await you?

To strengthen our Commercial Office, we are looking for a Commercial Executive to support and further develop our sales processes along the entire commercial funnel.

This role combines inside sales, lead management, and operational sales support, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will play a key role in converting opportunities into customer relationships while helping optimize our commercial processes.

Your day will include:

  • Following up and qualifying inbound leads and existing contacts
  • Supporting the conversion of leads into customers
  • Coordinating the commercial process from first contact through onboarding
  • Maintaining and developing the sales pipeline within the CRM system
  • Collaborating closely with Key Account Management and Sales teams
  • Supporting the structuring and continuous improvement of internal sales processes
  • Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Contributing to a customer-focused and efficient commercial organization

What qualifications do you bring?

You are a proactive and structured commercial professional who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and improving processes. You are organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Additionally, you bring:

  • Experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or a similar commercial role
  • A structured and proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Good English language skills
