HR Business Partner

As HR Business Partner, you will advise and challenge leaders across areas including Delivery, Sales & Marketing and Advisory. You translate business priorities into practical people and organisational solutions, combining strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

You will work closely with our CHRO, HR colleagues and leaders across different countries.

What will you do?

Your responsibilities will include:

• advising leaders on organisational, people and workforce matters;
• translating business priorities into concrete people plans and HR solutions;
• supporting organisational change, growth, integrations and international initiatives;
• advising on performance, development and more complex employee relations matters;
• contributing to workforce planning, talent development and succession planning;
• supporting Learning & Development initiatives and the further development of the Gaston Schul Academy;
• contributing to a consistent HR approach across our international organisation;
• improving and digitalising HR processes through standardisation, data, automation and self-service.

What do you bring?

We are looking for someone who connects easily with the business, is comfortable challenging others and can move effectively between strategic topics and practical execution.

You bring:

• a relevant background as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR advisory role;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s level working and thinking ability;
• broad HR knowledge, including organisational development, performance, talent, workforce planning and change;
• strong skills in advising, challenging and influencing leaders and other stakeholders;
• the ability to work effectively in an international and cross-cultural environment;
• affinity with HR systems, digital HR tools and people data;
• an analytical, business-oriented and pragmatic approach;
• excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Italian or Polish would be an additional advantage;
• willingness to travel internationally;
• experience in Learning & Development, integrations or a customer-facing environment is an advantage.
