Quality & Compliance Manager
As a Quality & Compliance Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role within the Gaston Schul Group. You will work closely with the Quality & Compliance Director, lead group-wide initiatives, and support our offices in ensuring that compliance is not only maintained but truly embedded in daily operations.

Your Responsibilities
- Further develop and implement our group-wide Quality & Compliance framework
- Standardize and optimize customs compliance processes
- Further develop our customs and trade risk management system (including AEO)
- Provide professional support to our local Quality & Compliance Consultants across multiple countries
- Advise internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales) on compliance-related matters
- Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives within the compliance environment
Your Profile
- Degree in Law, Finance & Taxation, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Specialization in Customs Law and/or Compliance is an advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Customs or Trade Compliance
- Solid experience with customs clearance processes in one or more EU countries
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining customs compliance and risk management systems (including AEO)
- Excellent German and English language skills
