Gaston Schul acquires Nellen & Quack International GmbH.

On the 1st of July 2020 Gaston Schul takes over Nellen & Quack International GmbH in Gronau. The current shareholder ATEGE will transfer 100% of its shares to Gaston Schul International B.V.

With this takeover, Gaston Schul gains access to the regional market in which Nellen & Quack International operates and increase its capacity in order to meet the growing clients demand for customs brokerage services in Germany.
In addition to customs clearance services, Nellen & Quack’s business focus is on customs & trade consulting: from customs clearance for shippers and carriers to optimising customs and trade processes. In addition, in-company training courses and public customs seminars are part of their portfolio. Their many years of experience on customs & trade will help us accelerate the market introduction of the Gaston School Academy in Germany.
Both Nellen & Quack and Gaston Schul market practical solutions, even for the most complex customs matters.
